SLEEPOVER FAQ'S

How does your sleepover rental service work? 

You will first choose your theme and package options, we deliver and set up the chosen theme at your venue, and return the next day to retrieve the sleepover party set ups.

What time is setup, and how long is the rental duration?

Drop off and pick up times are typically scheduled between 10:00am-4:00pm. The rental duration is up to 24 hours for overnight parties, and 6 hours for day parties. If you would like to extend the hours, feel free to ask if we can accommodate you. We will send an email confirmation for your set up time 2 days prior.

How far do you travel? 

Travel is included up to 10 miles from 49097. We will travel up to 1 hour away from 49097 with a minimum $300 party rental, and additional travel fee. Contact us if you are located over 1 hour away. 

What are your age requirements? 

Our parties are designed for children turning 4 through adults. Yes, we do adult parties too!

How do I book a party?

Once we receive your booking request and we confirm we are available on your party date, you will receive an invoice for your $100 booking deposit that must be paid within 24 hours. Upon a received deposit, a contract agreement will be emailed and must be signed to secure your date. 50% of your party balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 7 days before the party date. A deposit and signed contract are required to secure a party date.

What is your cancellation policy?

Parties booked less than 14 days in advance are only entitled to a credit for use within 1 year. No refunds will be issued to include: exposure or diagnosis of COVID19, or acts of God. You may reschedule for any future open date that is available at no additional cost. 


How far in advance can I book/what's the latest I can book a party?

Parties must be booked at least 14 days in advance. An additional $50 fee will apply if booked less than 14 days. Parties can be booked for any future date to guarantee your date.

Can I make changes to my party?

Absolutely! Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to your party.

How much space is needed?

The air mattresses and teepee requires approximately 30"X 80" per tent setup.

Do you offer slumber parties for adults?

Yes, adults can have parties too! Please contact us for a quote.

 

EVENT PLANNING FAQ'S

How does your event planning service work? 

We will work with you closely to provide the vision you are hoping for at your baby shower, wedding shower, birthday party and more! We take all of the work out of the event while you sit back and enjoy the party.

How long does setup take?

Our event planning setup times vary depending on how elaborate the party is. We want to ensure the details are perfect and our setup time varies from 1-2 hours. 

How far do you travel? 

We will travel up to 1 hour away from 49097 with a minimum $1,000 event, and travel fees do apply. Contact us if you are located over 1 hour away and are interested in our services.

0-15 miles = $30

16-25 miles = $50

26+ miles = $100+

How do I book my event?

Once we receive your event details and we confirm we are available on your party date, you will receive an invoice for a $200 booking deposit that must be paid within 48 hours. Our deposit is non-refundable if event is cancelled. Upon a received deposit, a contract agreement will be emailed and must be signed to secure your date. 50% of your party balance is due 30 days prior to your event. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 7 days before the party date. The deposit paid will be applied to your final total. For any custom themed events, the deposit amount may vary to cover expenses of event decor.

Absolutely! If there are specific additional items that need purchased a custom theme fee may apply. 

Where can we party?

We can decorate hotel banquet rooms, at your home, event centers or even parks or your backyard if you are looking for a picnic or Bell Tent​
